Blue Heron Announces First Homebuyer for Obsidian Community in Henderson
Blue Heron announces the first homebuyer for its newest Henderson community, Obsidian. Jim Perry, a 75-year-old South Dakota native, has made Las Vegas home since 1994 after retiring from a 23-year career with the FBI. The retired Army pilot’s home in the Obsidian community will feature approximately 6,600 square feet.
