Breakfast on the Go


1/4 cup mango

1/4 cup blueberries

Sprinkle granola

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

Orange slices to cover


Layer ingredients in order listed in a Mason jar. Top with a sprinkle of pomegranate. You can also grab a yogurt to mix in. when you are ready to eat.


Lunch on the Go


1 layer broccoli

Cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup quinoa

2 radishes, sliced

1/4 avocado, sliced (squeeze a bit of lemon or lime juice over the avocados)

Handful spinach


Layer ingredients in order listed in a Mason jar. Always place your beans or veggies that won’t wilt on the bottom. You can pour your dressing over your salad before leaving.

I love using a very simple dressing of extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice. Any oil-based dressing works really well.


Healthy Green Smoothie

This is a great way to have smoothie ingredients ready to be blended.

You can also pre-make these packets. Instead of placing the ingredients in the jar, put them in a zip-lock bag and freeze it. Just add your juice or water and blend.


1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup parsley

1/2 apple, cut in fourths

1 kiwi

Squeeze fresh lime juice


In a Mason jar or zip-lock bag, add the above ingredients. I love to blend with a half juice, half water ratio. Add a scoop of vanilla protein when blending to kick it up a notch.
