What makes your job fulfilling?

Being a well-respected female leader, in a male-dominated profession, and the numerous awards and recognition throughout my career have been fulfilling. But empowering and inspiring those around me to achieve individual, as well as organizational goals and objectives, is even more fulfilling. The growth and development of others always brings me a great sense of fulfillment.

Shopping, shopping and more shopping! Listening to music is also relaxing.

What is your favorite movie?

I don’t have a favorite movie. My favorite actor is Denzel Washington. I have loved the “Rocky” and “Matrix” series.
